·         Software installation and troubleshooting

·     Software development and testing: instrumental in preparing new software for certification for Primary Care Reform Group requirements (for government funding), and documenting/demonstrating same for government agency (OntarioMD).  (First certification passed in 2005; second certification passed in 2008; third certification pending in 2009.)
